If you suffer from panic attacks and they are interfering with your life, you need to start seeing a psychiatrist or psychologist for treatment. A psychiatrist or psychologist will help you discover the cause of your panic attacks and teach you strategies for dealing with them when they occur. Panic attacks can be managed and you can be helped to recover from them but it will take time. Good luck!

I am not a doctor but can give you some advice. I use to suffer from panic attacks...

You need to find out what is the cause of these attacks.. the underlying cause. And get rid of it.. Usually it is something that is stressing you. It may be that you need to speak with a therapist to help you figure out what is causing these attacks. There is nothing wrong with that. Panic attacks can cause alot of issues in your life and you taking control is very important. Do not let these attacks stop you from living a full and healthy life.

Good Luck.
