if it bothers you enough to go to the hospital, you should cease school/work for a little while. wait and see if the anxiety and panic goes down. then once it's under control, then you can resume school/work.
why is this in the singles and dating?

Well girl Im gonna tell you this don't drop school. School is tough especially when your working two jobs. My advice to you is let one job go. And focus on your school work and your other job. In your spare free moments occupy your time with other activies or hobbies. Take out a yoga class or even just go for a walk when you start to feel over whelmed. Life is tough but you, yourself can make it even tougher so you have to take things slow and one step at a time. Don't worry about finishing things in a rush use your time to your advantage. If you can't get your homework done don't panic who cares. Just do your best. Its better to float like a feather than drop like a rock.

When I feel like Im going to get a panic attack, I take anything to calm me down and I go to sleep. I have 2 jobs also and I dont go to school. Your doctor should be prescribing you with something to help control this so you dont have to worry about dropping out of school or quitting your jobs. I know it isnt good for your health.

It's a horrible syndrome to be in because the overall condition makes it seem almost impossible to make decisions. (I outta know).
For every decision there is a possible consequence, & so the possibility of making a wrong decision can be terrifying to someone like you'n'me.
It sounds like for you, the condition has become very bad because you won't even go to sleep because of the possible consequence of oversleeping.
Your worst enemy are your thoughts. You want to overthink everything, & get stuck deep in thought.
There is a book titled "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle.
I have only started to read it myself, but it comes highly recommended by my friends, & it seems to me that you would benefit greatly from this books message.

Maybe u should get help. Cuz if i were you , I wouldnt want my panic attacks affect my grades or anything , so I'd seek professional help that will prescribe me something. plus , talk to a friend that you can trust. Get help from your teachers from the subjects you fall behind. Maybe cut down one job. listen to peaceful music. Just cut the stress off, I suppose you'd be fine then . :)

Go to the doctor. This may be a sign of epilepsia or depression, and should not be treated lightly. You might need psychotherapy or even medication. It is not normal to live this way, and the next step into fixing this is knowing exactly what is wrong. Go to your physician, he will refer you to a specialist once he knows what is going on.

Go to a counselor if you are willing to work at it. Since you are not willing to follow your families advice I suspect you are doing this to yourself. If that is the case you are going to have to get honest with yourself and accept something you dont like.

Go see a doctor and get professional help. It may well be there is med and/or counseling that can help you so you won't have to stop doing any of the things you're doing.
Take care of you!

You are stressed out. Juggling too many things. SLOW DOWN. Life is too wonderful to go through it at that pace
