Yes they do.
Pickles go bad due to:
1.Improper storage
2. Less oil or vinegar or if the pickling medium is over
3. Stored longer then shelf life.
Mustard:
It comes in many forms. If you mean the mustard sauce, then yes. Same reasons as above.

I've never had mustard go bad. But, pickles get an off taste after a while.

Yes. Some mustards have an expiration date on the bottle. The Dijon mustards have a pretty short date because I've thrown a couple of bottles out. Pickles- you can tell by the smell if they're old. They can be old even when you first open them.

Both of those items use vinegar as a prime ingredient. Salt, vinegar, and other stabilizing ingredients will cause the finished food (pickles, mustard, etc) to last a very long time.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic. SALT CONTENT.

Depends on what you mean by "bad". If they're refrigerated, they probably will never actually grow any noticeable microbes in your lifetime. However, they will probably lose taste after awhile and and pickles will probably get very mushy eventually. With that said, I've had mustard for as long as 10 years and couldn't tell it from new.
