Last night I had some of the best sauce I have ever tasted.
5 oz jar horseradish
8 oz jar pinapple preserves
8 oz jar apple jelly
1 oz dry mustard
2 teaspoon black pepper
Miix horseradish and musterd "WELL"
Combine the rest of the ingrediants and stir very well.
add red food coloring if the color does not appeal to you...My was brilliant red.
Will keep in fridge for years in a covered jar....Great with pork, chicken, turkey, beef, salmon, or beans...
enjoy..

I've never seen it w/ black pepper in it.

And other recipes I've seen call for melting the preserves and jelly in a saucepan, THEN adding horseradish and mustard.

Thanks for the reminder about this yummy sauce! GOOD on chicken, turkey, ham, pork.....

I haven't tried this or even heard of it before, but it reminds me of a show I saw once where the guy shows you all these great recipes for the grill, and it was a recipe for Grape Picadilly (Grape jelly BBQ Sauce).

I've never heard of it, but methinks I should like to try it.

Thank you for sharing.
