advanced form of oral language, i dont mean the african click click stuff im talking about a language a real form of communicating

The answer is lost in the mists of time ad it happened before history was being recorded. We have found neolithic villages that are around 10000 years old so some time before then.

By the way, "African click click stuff" is a valid spoken language.

the "click click stuff" is actually a REAL language, a REAL form of communicating...
and for your question : it's unknown to us which civilization had the first advanced form of oral language, you can just guess approximately around which time this took place.
