Im going to a bachelor party this weekend and plan on consuming alot more alchol than I normally do. Is there something I can do or take to help prevent or make the hang over not as bad the next morning?
Currently my hang overs are SOOO Bad and ruin the entire day.

Obviously "NOT" drinking will prevent a hangover, but that wasnt the question.
Im going on a brewery tour, a baseball game, football game and out to the bars. Im a social drinker and plan on being social all weekend long. There is nothing wrong with what I am doing, so there is no need for the guilt trip.
If you are too dumb to answer a simple question, no need to attempt an answer. I would rather feel hung over than be a social reject and not participate in the bachelor party activities.

Whoever says to drink vodka and you won't get a hangover has obviously not gotten completely annhialated off of vodka. When I drink booze, I drink vodka and I have woken up to as many mean hangovers as while drinking anything else.
I am a seasoned lush, so therefore I recommend to go to a CVS, Rite Aid, or Duane Reade or whatever drug store in your area and invest in a bottle of 1000mg vitamin B12.
Pop one before you go out drinking, or pop one before you go to bed. Make sure throughout the night you stay hydrated (drink water).
B12 eats the toxins in the alcohol. You can get bombed, pop a B12, pass out, and wake up WITHOUT a headache. You will still be wobbly, but a greasy breakfast and a couple cups of coffee and a gallon of water can cure that.

Alcohol has to be neutralized once it is within the human body. To do this, it seeks out water wherever it can find it. This lack of water in your organs (primarily liver) translates into a hangover. While you are drinking, have a large glass of water with you that you can sip periodically. You may want some lemon in it since lemon is an anti-oxidant that has beneficial effects. Drinking water will also mean that you will consume less alcohol which is good in itself. You will spend less money although the beauty of going to weddings is that the drinks are usually free (the biggest reason we drink too much). The hangover is God's way of reminding us that the drinks REALLY weren't free.
I learned this in college many years ago and it has never failed to work. If you get a bad hangover, there is only one way to feel better. Shoot yourself.

Drink 10-12 oz of bottled water in between alcohol drinks. Also find a brand that doesn't give you a hangover. I can drink tons of Coronas and Chopin Vodka, get drunk, and not have those awful hangovers. prob is that Chopin is a very expensive vodka, but worth it if you want to prevent hangovers.
Have fun and be careful!!!

categories of alcohols influence people in any different case. i can drink vodka and in no way get a hangover, yet as quickly as I even have assorted beer or any a number of rum i will experience horribly the following day. attempt ingesting a various form of drink and if its no longer ordinary alcohol, ascertain its no longer a great solid drink so which you get inebriated slower. maximum critically, comprehend whilst to end. assorted the time a hangover (a minimum of for me) is as quickly as I've drank too plenty the nighttime formerly

I'm a professinal alchie! (lol). Best thing to do is try to stay away from straight shots and have mixed drinks. Also, drink a glass of water and have a snack before you start drinking. While drinking, have a glass of water for every couple shots you take. Enjoy!

before you go to bed drink a pint of water and take an aspirin. That should take away most if not all of the hangover. The pain is caused by dehydration and restricted blood flow in the brain, taking water and aspirin counteract both of those conditions.

Drink as much water or more as you do alcohol, while you are drinking! Because your liver is overloaded with alcohol, the water dilutes it and cleans your liver out. Take 2 aspirin before you go to bed. In the morning slowly sip down a glass of water and eat a piece of bread before anything else.

A hang over is the body's reaction to alcohol poisoning. If you get a hang over it is because you consumed more than your body is able to process. You might want to rethink drinking too much. Enjoy yourself without over doing, this is better than being sick the next day. Also your body will require time to heal itself after each time you drink, even without the hang over. If you drink every day, your body will not heal itself to its normally health state. Each time you drink allow yourself at least three day for your body to heal. With a binge like you are talking about allow at least a week afterwords.
