I've been with this bank for two years and have only had one overdraft error which was reduced by half when I asked them.

Well recently I just overdrew on my account again so what are my chances of them reducing my fees or reversing anything. What can I say to them? Any tips?

Talk to them. Don't let it happen. Or get a credit line to help if it is unavoidable and transfer funds when you need to.
You cannot control what they do but you can at least ask for a reduction. Explain the situation as best you can and what you will do to avoid this in the future.

Pay the fee. You screwed up a second time.

FYI, most people don't overdraft their bank accounts at all. I've had checking accounts for over 40 years and only had one check bounce -- it was a post dated check my insurance agent convinced me to write and he immediately deposited it. I've never written another post dated check either.
