astral projection and taoism question?

i was just wanna know does anyone out there knows that the concept of astral projection in taoism, since i really want to find a good techniques out there. does anyone know the concept of shen, or soul in taoism, if u know, please tell me

Taoism does not discuss astral projection. There are meditative techniques that do, but it is never mentioned in the Tao Te Ching.

The Tao that is measurable and definable is not the Tao.
