I'm building a mini project at home for an idea I have and need a mini turbine blade (not sure exactly what it is called). The idea I have revolves around water or air passing through the turbine blades to make it spin to generate power. I dont really want a water wheel more of a hydro turbine blade. I only want it to be maximum 10 inches and dont want to spend too much money. Any ideas? or maybe some guidelines of how to make one?

After some more research I think the item I'm looking for is a Turgo runner. Thoughts or suggestions?

Go to a junkyard and look for a dead turbocharger,
or a trucks cooling water pump.
They needn't be working to have salvageable
'wheels`.
