The best diet is always to eath healthy and do exercise. It depends on how young the girl is... remember when the girls start menstruating and their bodies are changing from girls to be a woman is not such a good a diet to be on a diet since this can cause a hormonal imbalance, stop your periods and from them on...just eat well and excersise.
