Give up the stone? Okay. I don't hold grudges: I used to, but found they tend to hollow you out on the inside. On the other hand, I refuse to stop being angry about certain topics. Caring about a situation is not the same as denying your own life, after all--so I'm assuming that you're talking about that "wall" people build around themselves to protect against being hurt in the future. This wall keeps everything out, good or bad. That's a shame, so in that sense I agree with you. On the other hand, taking a stand against something that upsets you is a duty if you're to make the world a better place.

First, what on earth do you know about my father's life?
Beyond that, some people are "stone" because they are emotionally unstable. Medication and proper therapy often help to break through this impasse.

And what pray tell have you gone through that gives you the right to lecture those who are going through difficult times?? hmmm? I'd like to hear your life experience!
I have gone through hell and back, but you don't see me telling people how to live their lives. Just mind your own, and go do something productive with your time rather than annoy us!

What stone? I missed something.
I'd happily give it up if it didn't mean converting to some religion.

Why would I be angry with an inanimate object? I might be angry with the way various people or groups of people act but that's about it.
Do you have any evidence for your "Father" actually existing or even a clue as to which one you're referring to?

I am not angry with the world...perhaps with some peoples choices but not with the world.
And i guess that i am not familiar with this "stone" you are referring to.
You also referred to "our father"..... i guess my mom was right,I have siblings i have never even met!
Bless them all Goddess!

seriously, what in the world are you talking about...
don't make your questions beat around the bush ...just get to the point and i'll happily answer your question.
When you say "Father", were you referring to God, our real fathers, or our fore-fathers?
...helps out to be more descriptive. =)

You are absolutely right about this. We all have anger, but being stuck in it is like being stuck in cement. I have come to understand that we need to forgive and move on.
