I think it is really interesting how people discredit spiritual experience as "coincidence" "drug induced" mental illness"

To me ALL KEYS OF THIS WORLD

may not be THE SOURCE but for me still a proof that other dimensions exist........
thank all!

Yes.

(If I may,) in one, I saw a symbol, that I knew I would someday find it's meaning. Last month or so, Someone on answers, commented on a dream he had, and described what that symbol looked like and the meaning he got in his dream. I emailed him to show what I had seen, and it was almost identical to what I saw. Now, I know the meaning :)

Yes. However the ways he told it give creedence to the veracity of his claims. It's commonly held that a story told the same way each time with the same detail is probably made up by that man. Throughout his life Joseph Smith must have told that story more than a thousand times, but no two tellings were exactly alike. I'm assuming that by highlighting the words "First Vision" you intend to clim that Smith only mentioned Jesus in one version of the account that might be the earliest recored version. Ther is a false claim that this means that The Father was added at a lated date. However this claim contradicts two things: First, making such a claim isn't logical. If I told you that I ate a steak last night you can't claim that I didn't eat a salad, seeing Christ doesn't mean he didn't see the Father as well. Second, Smith was persucuted and there are records of other churches being against him for his claim to have seen a vision as well as a departure from the commonly held athanasian view of the trinity at the time. So obviously he was already teaching that. I'm pleased to red these different versions of his vision, some speak of the weather more than others, some focus on one detail, the others on another, yet no contradiction is found in any of them as he was recalling an actual experience and as such described it slighttly differently each time but never contradicted himself. Great question because you highlight an interesting truth in his testimony building faith in continuing revelation from God, thanks for asking it.

Yes:

And allowed the press to investigate my mental health... and twice been afforded a clean bill... and never had mental health problems...

I was declared a medium back inside the seventies... by the CofE (a Bishop) and allowed them to use parts of my life... at the request of the church... not my idea... I hate publicity... my christian name only was used... before I would agree... and yes:

I've had the dubious honour of sitting on a bus and listening to people arguing my sanity... or not... because of my experiences as a medium... and interestingly... it was 50/50... one old lady had a son who sees ghosts... and no way was she letting the other old lady denigrate his sanity as well as a stranger on our front page.

I was tempted to tap them on the shoulder and say "Yoo hoo... it's me;-)"

But I resisted.... I listened... and learned... and kept my council strictly between God and myself!

Old Christian Medium

ps.... you wouldn't like my most profound vision... the longest one I've had... we're living it these past thirty years and the ending is the beginning... for believers... that's for sure... so if you love God... trust and stay strong inside your faith... please... and ignore the bricks and arrows... and never sway from TRUTH!

In my life, yes, but in response to questions prayed on. The last time was when I was praying on whether or not to marry hubby, as we had only known each other 4 months when we decided to get married. God showed me a clear vision of myself sitting in a chair watching hubby play with his as-yet-not-conceived two children. That did it for me.

I have seen many visions, I've had many revelations. Sometimes I regret what I have seen and what I know.

I was in a Baptist church and I prayed to see the truth to help me determine my path in life. Instantly, I "saw" a giant hand come from the sky and crush the roof and walls of the church as if they were made of paper.

I left Christianity and never looked back.

Yes, but I'm aware that it was merely a hallucination due to an extreme lack of sleep.

(Note; I'm not "discrediting spiritual experience," I'm acknowledging a physical reality.)

Schizophrenia has nothing to do with "seeing visions". Thats hallucinations. Schizophrenia is having to do with hearing voices.

And yes, I have.
