Thanks for your input peeps!

I'm not depressed or nothing just was wondering, and my ex girlfriend thought it was really weird.

Tho bad things have happened in my life where lots of my family members were crying and i was sad just kinda felt like i had something weird in my throat.

I do cry tho when I'm laughing a lot and cutting onions and I did kinda sqirt some when I was 15 and just finished a 60 mile enduro race, 'peetz table' when i lived in the states. it was a proud moment and also i nearly died twice every 5mins of the 6 hrs it took, but its my fav feeling racing/riding dirt bikes! part from making sweet sweet love of course!

The only time i would say it is unhealthy is if you are really depressed or upset at something and dont let out the emotion, this then adds to the depression which can worsen your mental state over a period of time. I dont believe this crap about "boys/men shouldnt cry" - surely if they werent meant to cry they wouldnt have tear ducts. A good cry is very healthy for your mental state. I quite like men who arent afraid to admit that they cry, even at weepy endings to films.

I'm partially disabled with epilepsy so I have my fair share of stress and frustration. As a Christian, I sometimes ask for prayer when things get on top of me. That's when the tears can flow and I feel so much better for it afterwards. It could be that you're the kind of laid-back character who's never bothered by much - in which case, never crying is nothing to really worry about. (There's one such person I've never seen cry in the 40+ years I've known him.) I've posted a couple of links which I hope you'll find interesting, if not helpful. All the best.

Crying is an emotional release. With each tear you feel stronger. I don't think it's weird that you haven't cried. Maybe you are emotionally strong and don't have the need to cry. However, if you have the chance to cry, let it out, it feels great. And a sensitive man is a good thing unlike what society leads us to believe.

Yeah you need to try

Heres a statistic [I think thats right anyway]

about more than half more men die than weman [if you understand that]

becuase most often they keep their emotons in and it causes stress which leads to higher blood pressure which

HELOOOO!!

leads to a heart attack

Its not weird just out the ordinary
I think you'd better start crying to make up for it. Has no one died or anything that could make you upset????

I think it only becomes unhealthy if you have reasons to cry, feel the emotion but fight it off. If you haven't felt like crying since you were 13 thats great! Try not to overanalyse.

Hey, I really don't think its unhealthy to cry, but crying sometimes relives pressure and make you feel much better about things and you are more relaxed.
