for 3 days now, I have suffered from extreme nausea and weight loss. I have lost 19 pounds in a week. I also have been passing black blood clots in my stool. I know I need to see a doctor, and will try to do that tomorrow, but until then, would like ideas on what this could be. I recently had a baby and was given adipex to help lose weight, but I obviously don't need it anymore. I am so lethargic that the adipex doesn't even help. I pretty much sleep all day with the new baby. Any ideas?

Wow...call your doctor first and foremost, that all sounds very unhealthy and you're posing some very unhealthy risks on yourself.

Well, the commonplace is in most cases small common foods. The foremost factor is earlier than you stand up within the morning have a few crackers. Avoid spices, fatty meals, disagreeable odors and points of interest. Also attempt to consume slightly bit at a time although you're now not hungry you will have anything. Nutritious juices and broths, and soups might be handy too in mixture with elaborate carbohydrates similar to complete grain breads and crackers. I desire that was once handy, preserve in contact. It sounds like you have some sort of a gastro-intestinal bleed (GI Bleed) going on. The fact that the clots in your stool are black indicate that it is higher up in the GI tract, probably in the stomach area. I do not suggest waiting to see your doctor. If they can't see you today then I would go to the ER. Then, of course, I would change doctors since they are not treating their patients with serious problems quickly.
I work in a physicians office and we would NEVER let a patient that was complaining of these symptoms wait.

those are really extreme issues. You should go to the emergency room instead of waiting to see your doctor tomorrow. it could be poisoning of some sort, they need to run some tests. Something is definitely wrong, it might be a good idea to see more than 1 doctor to get different professional opinions.

hmmm... u should call your obgyn.
it could be related to the birth. if you had it natural, could be hemmoroihds.
as far as sleeping all day with the baby, thats normal, you need to catch up with sleep and thats the only way to do it.
as far as nausea and weight loss... thats the tricky part..
could you be pregnant again!?!??!
