I'm a guy and I'd like to be with a hot girl (who wouldn't) but I'm not that attractive myself (physically) so I know thats not really fair of me. So what do I do? When I see a hot girl I can't help myself. Its like I'll never be satisfied, what do I do?

Having confidence in yourself can land you just about any girl. Thats what girls want, a guy who is proud of who he is and that carries himself in that manner. If you think you have to lower your standards because of the way YOU look then you are setting yourself up for disappointment my friend. I'm not saying hit on every hott girl you see and eventually you will land one, but just strike up conversations with girls and see where they lead. Talking to girls is not hard. Don't use cheesy pick up lines. How about "I think you're really cute. Can we switch phone numbers? or Can I have your phone number?"
Good luck! Don't ever feel like you have to settle just because of the way YOU look. Feel confident and get what you WANT!

Try looking at more than just physical attributes dude. The first attraction should always be the personality, then see how much you have in common. You might surprise yourself and find yourself attracted to someone for reasons other than body parts.

No point in pretending that looks aren't important, because obviously they are. I don't think that you could ever date someone who wasn't attractive to you in some way.
If you actually date, or just spend time with, a super hot girl, you might find that after awhile, she doesn't seem to be that attractive to you anymore. Hot girls are usually spoiled, so spending time with a few of them should break you of your desire for a super hot girl.
BTW, women aren't as worried about your looks as you are about hers. Women are wired differently. So don't worry about how hot that you look to yourself -- that doesn't matter. Date whomever you think will make you happy, and see what happens.
