Whom..well in school I learned a little saying..come to think of it...it was in like 2nd grade.It goes "I BEFORE E, EXCEPT AFTER C"

So considering the word "Atheist" goes against basic proper english..and is spelled wrong from the get-go...I think you would be just confusing the little ones...

I never went to a school with religion in it, except for the classes I took at church to learn about God... If they ARE teaching religion in school, then yes they should take it out! Teaching one religion or even about all major religions in school is a complete waste of time!

And what's the big deal about not being able to spell Atheist?! That's a lame argument and never answers the questionnaires question! It's always just an answer that takes up more space than necessary, placing people who want to give a REAL answer at the bottom where it's less likely to be read, or on the next page where it probably wont be read at all!

Every time some stupid Theist asks a question about ATHIESTS, I never want to answer 'cause half the page is already filled with cry baby Atheists complaining that the spelling is incorrect!

And the other half is filled with alcoholic Atheists drinking to the question!!

I think religion can be taught in school as long as it's respectful to the various religions and covers most of them. Knowledge about the various religions is a good thing. However a school should not endorse a given religion nor should they discriminate against one or more.

Yes we should stress the need for a good education and should give the next generations the best that we can give them.

In public schools, teachers and administrators have no business getting involved with pushing religious views on the students. But if kids want to pray before a test or start up a private Bible-study club, that should be their choice.

And hey, knowing how to spell is always a good thing.

OK, let's have religion in schools. Which one? All? There are people who worship giant teapots. Others practise witchcraft.

Or at least replace Religion with something that actually WORKS...

No, that's censorship. How can our educational institutions be places of learning if you keep threatening ideas to some people out of the classroom? Typical liberal-atheist approach.

Yes, although God did not say in the Bible that it is important to spell correctly.
