Hmmmm both I guess. Good question though .... right now I'm controlling myself from NOT eating my lunch an hour prior to lunch...... but you never know, lunch might win..... LOL

The body naturally lets you know when food is needed. It is the mind that wants to eat because of time, scent sight etc.. Even when the body is satisfied the mind will say, just one more helping. Usually this leads to, I ate too much!

A bit of both. I give into cravings when it's not worth fighting over. But I also make myself eat things that are healthy despite their taste.
