No! Because in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone we CLEARLY see that they bleed silver blood therefore they can't be hollow. Duh.

Yes, unicorns are hollow. Taken at face value a unicorn can be described in a certain way, but when you look deeper and try to discover the truth and substance of a unicorn, you come up with nothing but empty rhetoric and contradicting ideologies.
