A nice professional pen with his name inscribed has always been a great gift for a boss. By the way, I have yet to see ANYONE who was NOT thrilled to get a musical card. Walgreen's has great musical cards for most occasions.

A great book with a nice inscription written by you and maybe relevant to how he inspired you. Maybe a boxed set of CD's or DVD's of his favorite artist or actor.
