Sí (with acute accent) is Spanish for 'yes.'
Si (with no accent) is:
Italian 'yes'

There are two meanings of this spanish word

The first one is "Sí" meaning "Yes" in spanish

The second one "Si" meaning "If" in spanish!

Si means yes in Spanish.

If you meant "Sie", it means "She" and "They" in german.
