Wouldn't this be the best possible situation? If he's omnipotent he would abe able to do this.

Sure He could but then how would we know that we were happy if there weren't bad days, bad attitudes? You can't have have happy without sad; you can't have peace without war; you can't have loud without quiet. There must be a foil for everything. If it is all happy, how would we know?

He could but He made it perfect the way it is now.

You're right you would know the difference. you would know between right and wrong, happy and sadness, pain and pleasure, and much more. Part of life is to experience good and bad so we can really appreciate the good. For example, who takes care of a car more, one who was given it by parents, or one that had to work hard to get it. If we didn't know good and bad we wouldn't need God, and if we didn't need him then he wouldn't exist.

Satan had a plan exactly as you suggested, but God wants us to learn and grow not be like mindless drones. The more we learn and grow the more we are like him and we can return to him. We can't go back if we don't understand him. Sorry but your theory is very flawed; not only does it take away choice, but also learning and understanding

With God anything is possible except unholiness. To make us without free will and make us think we have free will would be deceitful. Deceitfulness is unholy.

God probably could do what you suggest.
However, just because one can do something, does not mean they are obliged to do it.
