Okay first off, you are going by a book that not everyone follows or believes to be accurate/true. Some people believe that stories in this book can be interpreted in different ways and that times change. If we all still lived the way that this book proclaims, women would be slaves of men...which will not happen. Times change and so do people. Have you ever done research on all of the things that we use that have been invented by women? Like the life raft, globes, fire escapes, medical syringes, car heater, circular saw, rotary engines and even more importantly chocolate chip cookies! Where would we be without women who chose to speak out and show their knowledge?!?! I really have sympathy for you. I hope that you are never in a tall building with no fire escape and then require medical attention where you made need to be injected with a syringe!

As every Christian should know, the people in the world generally take their beliefs from their culture. Whatever trend, or philosophies are present, whatever they want to hear or believe. Feminism is one such belief.
For those of us that know and believe God, even we are not immune to placing our cultural beliefs onto or into the scriptures. This we must be careful of. Anyone that has read and understood the Bible knows the differences between the religious and the secular views are great. Often, it is like oil and water. The more society changes, the more backward and oddball believing God will seem to those outside.
As for men and women, there are roles set up by God for each. If we consider what is written in the N.T., we find that women have had a huge role, and are equals with men. Different roles, but equal. There is no superior/inferior, it's just different roles.
As for men, more is laid on our backs(if I may use that expression) and I haven't seen men stepping up to the plate the way they should. Not always, anyway.
Each should judge themselves, not each other.

It's 'man' and 'wo-man'. The woman being taken from the side of man. That same order was to be adhered to in the church.
That did not say that women are not active in the church and good teachers. It means that it's the men who are the umbrella over the church and the women and children stand under that umbrella. Women do not have authority over men, in God's eyes and yet when it comes to Jesus, there is no difference between the souls. Each is accountable.
The entire design of both sexes, testify to the position in the framework of mankind. Man having upper body strength can hardly carry a basket on the hip. Woman having hip strength, which is to accomodate birthing, hardly have the upper body strength to carry a heavy load in front of them. Women are strongest, carrying on the hip.
In all things, the male is outward and forward while the woman is inward and down. It doesn't matter what the subject. Man is designed to provide for and protect the home, while the woman is designed to tend to the home and have children.
The whole nervous system also testifies. Man can withstand swift movement while women can stand the cries of a child. Don't tell me different. The only reason the cries of a child can drive even a woman nuts, is because her attention is apart from the family, which happens to be adultry in itself. History testifies to that. Adultry being giving away something that does not belong to you, to someone who neither has a right to it or has paid the price for it, replacing the one or ones who do have a right to it. ie-your attention, your body, your money.
Back to the original thought. It has nothing to do with who commited the original sin. It has everything to do with the original design of the natural things of this earth.
All creation, repeats and demonstrates God's relationship with man. Marriage demonstrates the union of God with man. Family demonstrates the relationship between God and the church, it also demonstrates the working relationship between man and Jesus, forming what is called christ.
Anything outside that reflection of God, is perversion.

Yes, and the God faring person I’m sure you are, I’m sure you’re aware that there are two creation stories, one which says that people were crated in God’s image, not one sex before the other, but at the same time and then another which gives you the Adam and Eve story. I won’t go into the phallic image of snake who deceives Eve thus implying that both men and women, and possibly men first, were responsibly for the Fall.
I’m also sure you’re aware that the text is 2000years old, written hundreds of years after the life of Jesus, by men and that society has evolved since then. We don’t crucify people for their crimes anymore, for example. I’m also sure you’re aware that it used to be common practice for both men and women to rise in the church hierarchy until a faction of men decided that they didn’t like that women could ascend higher than them if they were so inclined and set about changing it.
Also, not everyone believes in God. And even those who do, don’t all feel the need to impose a dominating will upon others. To do so simply shows that they are uncomfortable within themselves and need power over others to feel good about themselves. Much like bullies in the school yard.
I don't remember reading, "And all thee who are misogynistic shall ascend into heaven and to my right hand." I do, however, remember things about equality and treating people how you like to be treated and that God loves EVERYONE equally.

Eve was fooled.
Adam conciously CHOSE to sin.
Which is worse?
You can argue women are weaker minded because Eve was fooled. But Adam deliberately chose to bring sin into the world, then tried to blame it on the woman when God confronted him about it. Adam's curse was farming.

You have nothing to back up your spiel except what some idiot wrote in a book a couple of thousand years ago . Yep "god" made Adam and Eve out of mud and blew his halitosis on them , Bingo, they they are .
That might have been believed back in the superstitious dark ages. This is now. You can't make living people out of mud. If you don't believe me - - - try it .
If your story is at all true, why do all animals go through great pain in giving birth - - - not just women ? And what kind of a sadistic "god" would make all women suffer because of what one woman did ? A woman made of mud .

I may get trashed for this ,but here goes...
Ego is the reason. Read some of the answers you are getting and you'll see that we humans (me too) have trouble accepting or refuse to accept that we aren't completely in charge. The woman doesn't want to "submit humbly" and the man thinks that not only should she, but she should be "under his thumb" both are wrong. When the wife submits the husband should then love his wife "as Christ loved the church"
You can accept this or not...Free will

Because it was men who invented the whole God thing. They created God in THEIR (men's) image, and they considered themselves dominant and superior over women who had in those times a status level about one rung up the ladder above a man's other "livestock".
As part of the purpose of continuing to control and dominate the female of the species, they naturally wrote a lot of stuff into their "God sez" edicts which fully supported the contention that man was intended to be dominant.
That was then, this is now, and if you think you are ever gonna put that particular Genii back in its bottle,..... rots of ruck. Hope you have fun trying LOLOL.

Adam was the prototype, Eve was the final product.
Adam was at fault... even your twisted logic should know that he was in charge of Eve and could overrule her decision to accept the knowledge. Had he told her off as the silly woman she was, then would have been no problem... it was Adam's fault, by your view of male/female relations.... so just go away...!
