Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

We all hope for a quick fix all the time don't we? Seriously the body does not grow fat over a day or a week but over months. Likewise you should not aim for a quick loss fix unless you are thinking of some form of starving method or a diet pill that may help. I do not not use them for the side effect reasons though some people have claimed it works. My advice is go for a diet change and make sure you are taking lots of fruits and vegetables as these are negative calorie foods great for losing weight. Avoid all fizzy drinks, sodas, fast foods as they are fattening and unhealthy. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily and take regular but smaller portion of food each time. well, in 2 weeks you aren't going to get rid of much of anything. Should have dealt with the "fat" issue a very long time ago, and the longer you put it off, the longer it will take to deal with it.

the ONLY hope you probably have is "The Velocity Diet" follow it to a T with no deviations until a day or two before the wedding and you'll see results

eat less. that is the only way. go to google or yahoo and type in daily caloric intake calculator and find out how many calories you chould be taking in. then subtract 500 from that number and that is how many calorie you should be taking in. then start doing cardio as well. that is the healthy way to loose weight

find out what the recovery time is on some lipo. Just suck that fat right out, slip into your dress and BAM good to go.
