Depends how old you are. Is it a first date? what about the cinema and then a few drinks. That way you dont need to talk to much at first and then if it feels ok go for a drink and a gab to to get know one another and the ice will be broken.

I think a good date would be for you to cook for that person. I know thats what my Guy did for me and I fell mor ein love with him because the fact thath etried so hard to make it a great night for me.
