When I left 4 months ago the big thing was the drinking game that people who take a cybernetic "drink" when common and somewhat annoying questions were asked. Do we still do that? If so I need to pick up my grape juice!

I'm not exactly a "longtime" regular, but yes it's still going on, and the list of drinking questions grows on a daily basis but there will always be the old stand-bys. (Evolved from monkeys, Pascal's Wager, why are atheists here, etc.)
