You don't have to accept it, that's the beauty of thinking for ourselves.

What basis do you have to be a Christian if you don't believe the Bible? And if you believe the Bible, then there is all kinds of evidence of His live. When you read chapter 13 of
1 Corinthians, do you think that love is only shown by some humans? Where do you think that Paul got that stuff? That is revealing the nature of God who has that kind of love for those who trust Him.
I hope that the point gets through to you.

Ok, maybe you're looking for something a little more personal. Jesus' sacrifice on the cross was for all who asked for redemption, but maybe you're not 100% certain that He loves you specifically?
If you are curious, what would you loose in just humbling yourself and silently praying that God show you whether He loves you or not?
You don't have to tell anyone, just step out there and give it a try. I think you might be pleasantly surprised. God bless!

Well...to explain religion...there's this little thing called "faith" which is all about believing in something without solid proof. It's the way they've been operating for thousands of years - and don't worry, you don't have to accept anything you don't want to. So forget the Lord and Saviour and go off and become an statistician or something with solid fact. Oh...statistics are a bit random too...oh well...

Why wait for the lord and saviour to accept you when right here and now there are people in need of your help? Isn't that a better deed in life than to wait for some sign to come your way that Jesus acknowledged you? I think you have a duty in the world to provide a wonderful deed while you are still alive. Stop waiting and make something positive happen.

Like every one else say :FAITH. That's what it's all about. He does gives you evidence of His love everyday. You just wake up more to how much it is evident around you.
Also remember that you need to have FAITH in him not in church or pastors priests and deacons. Those people always screw up at some point. Keep your eye on Him and not the people. Do what He asks of you. Not some over preached idiot whose playing a holier than thou game with his conscience.
That's my 2 pence!

Do you not think that you are basically a good person. And He created you? Then isn't that at least some evidence; enough to go the next step?

No evidence! You have life, don't you? He is the Creator of life. You also live in a world that provides for your needs for shelter, food, etc. You have health to work, etc. You have family, etc. All of these things are from the hand of God.
What more do you need? He also provided a way for you to escape taking the punishment for your own sins by sending His only Son to die for you.....................good grief, you are a hard sell!

You dont' have to accept it is a choice. But understand this I believe God loves you and me. meaning He allowed His Son to die on the cross for our sins. He sacrificed the most important thing to Him to bring us to Himself. And yet people to day do not understand that God did it for us. He loved us. He desire to communicate with us. Adam and Eve hide in the garden. Adam and eve would not take responsibility for actions, so God punish them. But God made a way for them to be reunited with Him. And that is through Jesus.
