I may have other siblings due to my father’s extra marital affairs. There is one female in question that may be my sister. Is there a genetic test that can be done to prove this? If so which one?

To determine whether the female in question is your half-sister (same father different mothers), you should ask for a half-sibling study between yourself and the female in question. This is all the more appropriate since your father is not available for a direct motherless paternity testing. Note: the results you seek will be strengthen if you have other siblings available for testing. This is because the more genetic information you can gather from your known relatives the more confident you will be in determining if the female in question is related to you. Relatives will share higher proportion of genetic markers relative to strangers in the general population.

There are commercial DNA labs that address this. They can match parts of your DNA with the female to determine if she is your sister. They need samples from each of you, preferably blood, but saliva might suffice depending on the lab.

sure it can be done.. but you will need a sample of your father's DNA. any genetic testing place can do it for you, you will need cheek swap from yourself, your "sister" in question, and from your dad. that is all you need to find this out!
www.genzymegenetics.com, or if you are not in the MASS area, search the web, genetics places are all around these days.
As far as what sort of test needs to be done, I dont think you really need to worry aobut the answer to that... if so its a "Polymerase Chain Reaction"- PCR or possibly Western Blot test.

Yes a DNA test , all they need to do is swab her mouth, and they can tell if your father is her father.......

If your father is still living, get a paternity test.
