Hi, hmmmmm lets think about this. If God is the heavenly creator then why did he also create a opposite of him. Maybe all of us are the devil. Maybe each one of us has a bad side that comes out only once in a while. Maybe God did not want the whole world to be perfect "angels" he needed them to have flaws so we know the difference.ALL OF THIS IS THEORETICAL.
So then you would say the greatest trick God ever pulled was making beleive the devil is another entity, not just one of us.

Actually the greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was and still is convincing the world that God does not exist.That is why mankind will never have peace until it turns with trust to Gods' mercy.

No, that is #2. I really like your thought patterns, though. More people could be led to Christ if they knew how real the devil is. The greatest trick was causing the fall of mankind with the Original Lie. "Ye shall be as God(s)?"
Unfortunately, there are many who believe this today. They are called atheists, and/or secular humanists, and they are convinced man is God. They are also convinced, as you say, that the devil doesn't exist.
Maybe they even believed your suggestion before becoming atheist. Good question.

ha sounds like my pastor, same thing he said once, but yea so true. He also is not what the public portrays him out to be. A person in a little red suit with horns and a pitch fork etc. The devil can come as a beautiful person, Satan was the most beautiful angel before he let pride get a hold of him.

Here's some food for thought... What if God was the devil, and the true loving God was Lucifer? No where in the Bible does it mention anything about a motive for Lucifer's rebellion against God (people just assume that he was being greedy), perhaps Lucifer's motives were pure, and his defiant stand against God was to stop the influence of evil, and as a result God banished him and started pinning the blaim for evil on Lucifer, instead? Heck, what if God actually LOST the war in heaven and the devil just told a revisionist story to convince people to worship him and not the true God?

We know what is good or bad , hot or cold ,lightness or darkness., These things are facts . We should live our lives accordingly.
