when there is any changes in spinal card , we get the disease or if a lady gives birth to a child its a dwarf?

what is the main reason for that, y do we get some disorder when any changes takes place in spinal card.

A change in spinal cord need not cause any disease. A lady with a spinal cord disease will not beget a dwarf.

deficiency of growth harmone ,or empty sella syndrome , pitutary dysfunction will produce a dwarf. PROBLEMS IN SPINAL CANAL OR NEUROLOGICAL DISORDERS is due to def of folic acid or may b genetic
