is there a certain race that should be in charge of all? or should we have a sort of star trekkie, diverse global government, or should we just face the fact that, as animals, we will never be comfortable enough to be 'one world' and so keep to our own countries and maintain the status quo?

What do you mean "if" we're all animals? Are you suggesting that we are either vegetable or mineral?

As for the underlying question, there's no "race" that should be considered superior at all. The closest we've got at the moment is the United Nations. Maybe in the future they'll be an international government, let's hope it's not a dictatorship.

LOL, well, the last time I checked, it was a herd of T-Rex (tyrannosaurus rex). They were reincarnated as humans and they just thought they were in charge, but they really weren't. You can check this out in the movie "Ghostbusters". It's the scene where the nerdy accountant type guy is being questioned by the ghostbusters and on the TV monitor, instead of the nerdy guys profile, you see the profile of a bull. Same idea with the tyrannosaurus rex.

The only people that should be in charge are the ones who aren't going to hurt anybody, anyhow, any way, anywhere, at any time, and for any reason. And, who are not going to be tyrants over anybody or rip anybody off. That means government by the people for the people. Right? Right!!!

p.s. can't say that I'm an atheist, but I have recently struggled with my faith and have considered other religions and ways of thought including atheism. I hope that counts for something. :)

Biologically we are animals. What are you talking about? Even in the Bible it said God gave Man dominion over the animals and that man was created in his image. Where does it say though, that we are not animals. We were just the master animal. Oh, and by the way, the trend toward Nationalism is going out. Also, I really don't hear Atheist spouting about how the world should be ran, just that there is no God. So buddy, what the hell are you talking about?

Why do you asssume that if we are animals that races would seperate us? how bout all humans are animals, why would it matter what they look like. And the minding the zoo thing... I think people are able to take care of themselves, they dont need someone to do it for them. If we have someone minding the zoo, I wish they would start doing a better job.

I think that the occurrences of our world wars, as well as the 6th anniversary yesterday of 9/11 is proof that there is no zoo-keeper!

Add> testy are we... To answer your "other" question. We already have a global government. It's called the UN. Many of the worlds countries already have to follow UN rules.
