It has come to Nascars attention that Mark Truex and Martin Martin's name could get easily confused by people with, oh lest just say, handicaps above the shoulder. If so how could we help that person out? Being the compassionate people we are here in this forum can we help?

I don't understand how this would be a concern of Nascar, and I don't see that there is a need for that. Truex's name is not Mark, It's Martin. Both of these drivers have different names. And just say that they were similar, when Nascar is or anyone is talking about any of the drivers, they usually don't refer to them only by their first names, they refer to them by their last names.

Mark Martin Truex will have to just sort it out on their own...L:OL. At least they are driving different cars! But yes, nascar is a compassionate bunch, aren't we! We are so tolerant of those mentally challenged, deranged, disadvantaged and demented who try and communicate with us here on the Nascar Forum. Unfortunately, the only help seems to be clicking on that button everytime they attempt to communicate. Seems to be working very well, I might add! Answers disappear almost instantly. Yahoo Answers self moderation appears to be somewhat of a success. Props to Y/A, and props to those of us who persevered thru all the "muck" and remained faithful to our sport.
Really looking foreward to the race this weekend.

The names are Martin Truex Jr. and Mark Martin. I don't think that is all that confusing. If people are confused be the names, they can remember the numbers.

Their names should be Martin Truex in the #1 and I'm No Earnhardt in the #8. Screw Mark Martin and Aric Armadillo or whatever the heck his name is.
