I am under the impression that he has already come back. They say he came as a thief in the night. According to my understanding, this means at an hour you do not expect, and in the guise of someone you do not expect. Only time will tell if this rumor is true.

It has been written that the generation which sees Christ return is the generation which goes through trials, and tribulations. "Matthew 23:36 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation."

When Jesus said "this generation", he was not speaking of the generation in his day, but of the one who would see all the signs and wonders. There where two more powerful earthquakes today, in Indonesia. One was 7.8 and the other 8 magnitude. These just get added to the growing list. Where is the adventurer Steve Fossett? Why did the bridge collapse? Why are there "drunk astronauts" flying the space shuttle. Why have we had all the fires, and floods? The list just goes on and on.

Jesus has always been 'almost coming back' and I have no reason to doubt that jesus will be 'almost coming back' until the end of time, billions of years after the world is a burning cinder hanging lifeless in space.

Have you not heard of the proverbial carrot dangled in front of the proverbial donkey? The donkey can 'almost' reach the carrot and 'almost' get his reward but the carrot keeps moving just ahead of the donkey. This is exactly like jesus is 'almost coming back'.

Are you aware that to predict this is blasphemy, many have tried and all have failed. Yes all the prophecy has been fulfilled but not even Jesus knows when He is coming, only God knows. I cannot find the scripture where it says that but it does, I promise.

Are you aware that this statement has been said many times before and guess what? He never showed up. This idea of the end of times no matter how you state it is silly. There is no end of times get over it.

No one knows the day or the time that God will return. We should all be ready, all the time. Even if he doesnt come in our lifetime, who is to say our lifetime doesnt end tomorrow? Have peace in the blood of Jesus Christ.

I thought the belief was that he was totally coming back not almost. Almost coming back would be pointless.
