Yes ,you will survive!,I promise you this is still America ,even Loredo Texas.You will find that there are still MANY english speaking people and especially companies in Texas.It may not hurt if you want to learn spanish because it would make you more valuable to be bi-lingual in a job there,but it will not harm your career totally if you only speek english.Good luck!Nurses are needed everywhere!!
