little miss detective shouldnt call people idiots ther is skin on pork chop which she called me an idiot get them in butcher for skin on am i right

Yes, you do indeed get pork skin on a chop. It's more often refered to as the rind. Some chops still come with the branding numbers.

Crackling is pork skin and fat.

I quite agree. I suspect that what she has been getting are TRIMMED pork steaks or chops where they cut away most of fat and all of the rind.

It is important to cut through the rind and fat to the meat so that the chops do not curl up with the heat (rind and gristle both shrink).
