Will i spend eternity with God if i take my own life?

Question

I'm a homeless man who loves God, but i'm in so much pain...i just have a hard time going on with life. I have no family, lost my mom to cancer and brother was killed by drunk driver. I'm not a drinker or drug user, just very depressed. I have been beat up and had all my clothes and ID taken from me. I look for work and shelter everyday, but being in the mountains of PA, with no address and no ID...i have no chance of getting out of this mess. I spend time everyday in the library, its the only place i can get some sort of peace. I have reached out to the two local churches, and have gotten many prayers...but very little help. I'm very lost...and very down, i just need to know that God will Love me and take me with him no matter what and where my life goes and ends. Please pray for me.

my Mom was homeless for a while and is no longer homeless, circumstances change more than you think

when you are depressed in the library at least read some good books, read the psalms, read Isaiah 40 on... read the gospels... but don't give up

As far as your depression goes maybe you can get some kind of help from the state so you can get some anti-depressants. My ex-brother-in-law is homeless and the state he lives in gave him food stamps and some minor medical help (but it was better than none). I know all states are different, but is there somewhere you can go to find out? There is always hope--even when things look bleak. Don't take your life. Talk to someone at one of the churches you have gone to about your feelings. I have talked to so many people abut where your soul goes if you commit suicide and everyone has their own opinion (yes, it is murder of ones self, but if you aren't in the right mind will God hold you accountable?) it is just too risky--eternity is forever--make sure you end up spending it in the right place. By that I mean don't take chances here on earth with your mortality that could wind you up in hell. Is you eternal soul worth it? We all go through awful things in life--some worse than others. Please be strong and look to the Lord for guidance, He can get us through anything. And although you want your situation changed now, remember God works on His time, not when it is convenient for us. Put people around him that will love on him. He is reaching out and is not going unnoticed.
Touch this man -one you have created- clean his mind and heart and fill it with your Goodness and acceptance for your acceptance is the only one that truly matters. He is hurt God- I know the pains that I had- and you helped Me- so touch Him and take it away. Wash Him in Yeshua's Blood the most Powerful Name in the Universe. I thank you that You saved me- now do this for your Son. "You have not given Us a Spirit of Fear but of POWER, LOVE and a SOUND MIND" says so In your Word. And Your Word is "Quick, and Powerful, and sharper than any two-edged Sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and Spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a Discerner of the thoughts and intents of the Heart."
Finish the work you have begun in Him for he is still with us and your not finished with him.
You Lord are in control Let your will be done in This man's life. And we know the thoughts you have towards us all, Jesus is the ultimate plan to give us complete Peace through your Holy Spirit. Guide Him with it Lord to a Job so He can fill His Belly and give unto you as you would have him do. And may it be a job that will last. And Lord your Word also states that Jesus is sitting at Your right hand praying for us, thank You!

Well I would ask a pastor about the particular subject, but of course don't off yourself. I have heard if you commit suicide you go to hell, not sure if that is biblical or not. But as an opinion if someone was to kill themselves than I would ask are you really saved? Or do you just think your good works get you into heaven? To be saved is to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and believe that he died on the cross for us (because of our sin). Believe that he than was risen from the dead 3 days later, believe that you are a sinner by the way. Just ask Jesus to come into your heart and ask for forgiveness of all your sins. Than the Holy Spirit shall come unto you will be a new creature. So sounds to me like you are not saved, find yourself a baptist or non-denominational church. The church back in kentucky, they atleast helped people that were in a bad situation like yourself, but of course putting the members first before "outsiders". So pray and pray and email me if you have any questions may God work in your heart.

If the local churches will not help you, go to the nearest Emergency Room - tell them you are seriously considering suicide and have tried even before. They should be able to refer you to a good Psych Hospital.

I know God loves you even if sometimes His children don't show it all too good. If you are mentally unstable and commit suicide, I think God in His infinite wisdom and mercy may take you home.

But I hope you find another way to get there.

My dear friend that I never saw!!!!! The problem that I am facing is a pit bigger then yours. You are in a miss that you put yourself in and you the only one could get yourself out of it.
So why would you not try someone bigger then just a man people call God and I am referring this to Jesus.

then he toke some of the Jews and tern them to a Christen and that time there is some you could say the riches people, and the Devilish ones who change God word and make it as they wish and trying like they tried with every Messengers came from God. Killing them.

They say that he is a God and we saw him not died!!!! When he was giving this power from God himself that he could raise the died and do many things, like talk when he was 1 hour old.

Put in your mind that the one who gave this power to Jesus he is the same who gave to Jesus his first breath. And he knows why he did give him that.

Please don't commit suicide, God DOES love you very much, he doesn't care if your homeless or rich, he still loves you the same, he would never want to see you hurt yourself.

I understand your situation may be bad, but just TRY pulling yourself together, maybe something good will happen.

Taking your own life is not what God wants anyone to do. Some will tell you that it's a "mortal" sin (Catholics).

But all sin is forgiveable........that's why Christ did what He did on the cross.

Hang in there.....this life is not all there is. There is a great reward waiting for those of us who trust in Jesus Christ for salvation.
