I wet my face, I find some soap. Lately I've been using a free sample of Dove body wash, though I might pull out my Dial again and save the Dove for winter as it does moisturize decently. Dial for more of a soap type thing is also pretty good. I also have some Mary Kay body wash that I got free and second hand (a full almost new bottle) from a friend that is also pretty decent. I use that on days when I am pretty sure I'm going to stay home. If I remember to put on lotion, I use Olay Regenerist, which I also got as a free sample. The tube is tiny, but it only takes a few drops and it lasts me awhile. (I have one or two more waiting to be used after this one and I just ordered another one from the site, thanks to my new address.) I also have some Noxema cleanser, which was also a free sample, but it's too drying. Oh, yeah. The Dial bars came from hotels that either my mother or I have stayed at. I have no shame in using those bars for daily use either. (I have some Neutrogena bars that I like better than the Dial, which I like better than some of the random hotel stuff.)
If my face has some reddish spots on them (whcih started during my pregnancy), I'll put on some Maybelline foundation which I got from Walgreens, free after rebate.
Since I eat real, good, whole foods, little to no junk, and definately no meat or eggs or dairy, and I've never had funky problems with my skin (other than the red marks halfway through my pregnancy), I think it just might be something with my pregnancy. So I'll wait a couple of months after my baby (when the body is to be fully or almost fully recovered) to see if it goes away. I've not done anything different or used anything different and sometimes, it just goes away on its own.
The deoderant I'm using is from nice collection of free samples, as well, mostly from Dove and Degree. I have some full sticks somewhere, but they got misplaced in the move.
Freebies are cool. Otherwise, I'd be broke. Or almost broke. I have a nice collection of stuff that I got from the grocery store next to nothing or free thanks to sale prices and double coupons.
At the most, I'll shower every other day, maybe even every third day, depending on what I'm doing. By spreading things out, I can make my free products last longer. (I was raised to buy things as cheaply as possible and to keep them for as long as possible.)
PS: Walgreens and Rite Aid are good sources for full products, free after rebate.

In the morning, I use the Clearisil stuff to wake you up. I forget the name. It's orange and smells like citrus.
I use Burt's Bees Grapefruit shampoo, but I'm probably going to switch to something different.
I use Bath and Body Works Japanese Cherry Blossom body wash.
I use Johnson's Baby Lotion because I have sensitive skin.
If I have the occasion to use sunblock, I use Neutrogena spray-on SPF 30 with helioplex.
At night, before bed, I use all 3 steps of Proactiv and the advanced blemish treatment on certain spots.

Honey, what I use may not be good for you. The first thing you need to figure out is what skin type you have, then go from there. I recommend natural remedies for skin, over the counter products have lot of things to harm skin ie: alchol, talc, etc. The good ole soap and water routine is best and if you have dry skin use vaseline lightly around your eyes, mouth and other wrinkle prone areas, I have for years and people ask me how come at my age I don't have a lot of wrinkles. I have sensitive skin and can't use over the counter products, they make my skin breakout or dry out. I also use yogurt at night 1 teasp. spread over the face is great for oil control and give a smooth healthy look. Another good moisturizer is mayo with a little olive oil, (2 teasp. of mayo to 2 teasp. of olive oil) and massage into skin, leave on for 10 min. then rinse off with a warm washcloth and pat cold water to close the pores then pat dry, harsh rubbing with a towel is not good for the skin. My mother is 85 and has so few wrinkles it is amazing, she has always followed this routine: wash with soap and water three times a day then at night use Mary Kay night creme. She has normal skin and this works for her, I didn't like the creme because it clogged my pores and I have a different skin type than her. The key to good skin care is find out what works for you by trial and error basically, but I think over the counter treatments are too loaded with chemicals that harm skin rather than help. As for body wash and shampoos, the same goes, find your skin type then go from there. I use baby oil after shower while the skin is still wet from a light pat dry apply it then wait awhile for it to soak into skin before dressing then massage skin again. You can spend a fortune on shower gels etc. a mild soap, liquid, like ivory or dial is best. End your shower with cool water to close pores then follow the baby oil routine. Shampoos need to match your hair type, texture fine/thick/normal, oily/normal/dry, etc. but you don't have to pay big price to get a good shampoo, I use Suave that cost .88 cents and it works as well as the $ 5.00 a bottle ones. And for moisturizing I use the mayo and olive oil once a week and suave coconut rinse for inbetween. Like I said find what works best for you. But if you start to get acne by all means go to a specialist for care and remember good healthy food makes a good healthy person, skin, etc. Eat lots of veggies, yogurt, broiled meats and stay away from junk foods....I know everyone is doing it but think of your skin and future health and eat properly. Hope this helped. Have fun and God Bless, Elle

i've got tried in simple terms approximately all manufacturers of cleansers, and the very ultimate is Liz Earles purifier. it continually comes with 2 muslim cloths which you employ to wipe off the product. interior of days you will see a distinction in dermis tone, and in case you attempt to drink loads of water additionally, i will in simple terms approximately assure appropriate dermis. entering into the recurring of cleansing your face is the toughest area, it needs to be performed on a ordinary foundation, yet once you're able to do this..you would be incredibly happy with the outcomes.
