I was at home, and upon walking into one of the rooms, I saw several elves (maybe around 6-8 of them). They took one look at me and dashed for the windows, apparently scared. I myself was surprised though intrigued enough, immediately went for the windows to give them some biscuits to get them back inside, which they did. And they happily took the biscuits.

I held out a hand and one of them hopped onto my palm. I took a good look at it; Like the others, the elf was small, fair-skinned, naked (no gender), with huge black eyes. And he told me something. Actually, it wasn't exactly spoken words, it was more like an exchange of thoughts. Anyways, it was something like "you'll live long, so more suffering", but I was also left with a strong impression/thought. That I will live longer than them (That came out like a sort of.. fact, understanding).

Now that was weird.. And it all seemed real to me at the time.
Any thoughts on this?

The elves are there to guide you to look at a source of disharmony in your life, that you didn't want to look at at first. They were scared, and jumped out the window, because you didn't want to look at it at first. The windows represent your outlook on the situation. The bisquits represent food for thought, and in some part of your spirit you were happy that you have progressed to a point of being willing to look at this situation, and face it. Whenever something bad or stressful happens in your life, the good news is that you will live through it, and the bad news is that you will live through it, but whatever the situation is, we always outlive it. When something bad or stressfull happens, it seems like it will go on this way forever, but there is an end to all things, including stress or grief. It also kind of sounds as though you are maturing emotionally to a point of being more accepting and able to take things in stride when something bad happens, like you have attained some strength to roll with the punches a little better....
