i saw the stall lady pour n mix something out off a carton into a bowl off mayo. she put this mixture on burgers n it was great! cod it bi milk or cream or wateva ... i have no idea.if any of u guys know wat it could bi pls pls let mi noe.. Thx!

You can add all sorts of extras to mayo to give it an extra kick! I like to add parm cheese & slather over corn before grilling. Ask the lady giving the demo - most of the time there is a store coupon to go along with the sample dish.......

Well celery seeds are great in salad dressing, don't use mayonnaise use Miracle Whip salad dressing or store brand salad dressing (like Miracle Whip) then you pour celery seeds in and maybe some dill as well.
That is great for macaroni salad or potato salad!
If you do not use salad dressing then you need to add a little vintager as well to the mayonnaise.
Now if you are talking about the mix for like fish sticks or fish sandwich you add pickle relish.

She may have added some horseradish sauce to it to give it a kick, I do this quite often.
