Get on all fours (no, really) and keep your legs in the same position while you raise one up. Act like your trying to press the ceiling with your foot. Do that 10 times on one leg, 10 times on the other, and repeat that about 3 times or more.

Open a bucket of Ben&Jerry NY fudge chunk...get a spoon and enjoy. Continue this exercise every day after dinner.

Where we carry weight seems to be genetically predestined in large part. There may be some excersize for that but I'm not sure what it is. The good news is that your genetics seem to store weight in the foward upper canopy.... right where I love it (-;

you need not worry. I prefer the treasure chest over badonkadonk any day.

Oh, Lord, to have such a "problem"!!!

Just sit in front of that computer awhile, your butt will get bigger. Eat fatty foods, as much as you can stuff in.

If you want it firm as well, I suggest riding a bicycle.
