mAh specifies how much current they provide per hour. The higher, the longer they last.

I once had a set of Radio Shack AA rechargable batteries. It cost me over $10 for a four pack, but I got quite a lot of useage out of them. They held very long charges and they didn't need long to recharge at the same time.

I think most of the makes are good, except those you have never heard before, lol!

Buy those which has the capacity of 2700mAh!!! thats the top one and can put up with digital camera extensive battery need, thus more pictures!!!

Yeah check which type of rechargeable battery your camera can use.

there are Ni-MH and Ni-Cd

MAHA 2700mah AA's, with the MAHA-C-204W charger. I have tried Energizers and Duracell and will NEVER buy anymore.
newegg has them so does thomas distributing.
