Another question. how can i get into my admin. account after i forgot the password and this account is limited

ive tried safe mode but since the admin. is the main account it wont let me.
i dont have that little disk thing.
is their like a free program that can reset passwords.

There are ways to break into a computer when you don't know the password, however they are very difficult and I won't tell people how to do it because it will only cause problems.

That said, what you want to do is backup all the data you want to save onto CDs or some other storage and reinstall your operating system. If you do it right you won't need to restore the backup, but how often do things go right? That's really all you need to do. E-mail me if you need more info.
Also there are free Operating Systems out there, if you don't have your install disks.
