Well there are many good answers to this.
Answers not to give are along the lines of "My job is too busy, I hate my boss, I don't like my co-workers etc etc"
Maybe it can be simple honesty. The company is being restructured and our department may close.
Alternatively you might talk about what you want to get out of a change. Maybe it is because the new job is more convenient, or pershaps it is about a better pay deal, or new challenges. Perhaps it is because the company you are going to work is a better company with a better product etc.
Your answer should match the position, bullshit answers will be held against you.
The main idea is to talk about the positive and avoid the negative. The employers are human (and if they are psycho crazies then you don't want them to give you the job) so an honest positive answer is the best. Example, I like my current job, this job is the same, but the salary is higher. I also think that later there will be more opportunities in this company than my last one.

You are talking about putting in for a new job , while already employed.
people tht are already employed are more likely to be hired, than people that arent employed.(that was free,no charge for that.! haha)
but seriuosly, my husband has done this several times, he puts, "shorter comute", "dissatisfied with current job", "looking for something more in my area of expertise". or "just plain ol d don't like the job i'm at." & even "on odd hours .","need insurance coverage.", "unhealthy work enviroment".
