It is a Nigerian scam. Don't send them any reply. Take care, don't lose your money.

It's a scam,

If you ask how i know? i am a Nigerian.i see all the signs

Nigeria has a population of 160 million on the average, and there are more than enough qualified Nigerians to fill in any job positions. Think about it this way, what makes me stand out for the job? (You probably can be swindled)

I normally don't advise people when they are about to get scammed, because they turn down the advice and get involved, only to regret later.

No one is scammed without an element of greed. All that glitters isn't gold, dont see it as gold. Honest men are never scammed

I hope you belive me.

Nigeria is the greatest Nation in Africa, though set back by years of military rule. The citizens are hardworking and honest people with the bad eggs an exception . Afterall there was a judas amongst Jesus's disciples as well.

If 0.2 % of 150 million is bad, think about how much the country's image will be tainted.

People only think about the succesful scams and not what percentage of the populace is responsible

I did a search on "immigration scam benin sonacop" and below is the info I came up with, if the names and numbers match that then it's probably a scam. One thing that I've noticed about these scams, they often use free email accounts (yahoo, hotmail, etc.) real companies often have their own site mail (shell oil has addresses like person@shell.com)

Mr Sefou

Fax:+229 21323550

sonacop_benin@hotmail.fr
Web site:www.sonacop.net

Also these sites are associated with scams involving sonacop -

Sonacop Oil and Gas
info.sonacoprecruit@gmail.com, sonacoprecruit@yahoo.com, career.sonacop@gmail.com, 0022993008166; also, people behind sonacopbenin@humanoid.net, residentpermit@lawyer.com; so called Barrister Igwo-Ifegwu

Can I offer some advice? Don't send even one penney to this person. Better yet, don't even respond to that email. Just delete it. If you reply to it, you are just opening yourself up to more of those kind of emails. Once they start, they never seem to stop.
Personally, I have won some foreign lottery at least 15 times in the past 12 months, lol. And I have gotten job offers as well. They are all scams set up to take peoples money. Don't fall for it, please!

Unless you apply for a job, or you are working through a job agency, then assume it is a scam. If you were being 'head hunted' then the company that approaches you with a job would not ask for money and would be able to provide names of how and why they want to hire you.
