Your best bet is to check with the employment services department at your college. They will have the best list of job opportunities with companies willing to work around a student's schedule. You can also try Monster, Yahoo, and the website of your local newspaper. Many areas also have a regional help wanted site, so look into that.

There are many ways to find part-time work
Some are advertised on the normal job websites, newspapers. But many part-time jobs are advertised locally. Check local and college newspapers, local and college notice boards.
Also go to supermarket and department store chains, either on their website or go to the personnell office and ask for an application form. They recruit on a steady basis.
Ask around, most part-time work is easy come/easy go, so friends might help you get work with them when it comes up.
Also, make a one page resume. Go around to local shops and restaurants, and hand it out. I know people who have done this and they get a job before the end of the day.
