my weight is 45kg and my height is 152cm. according to bmi, am under average category. i drink lots of water, abt 3 litres in a day. am not fat or thin either but its only my tummy showing up little bit

sit ups and crunches wont reduce the size of your belly - quite opposite - all they do is build muscle, they dont burn fat so will make it look bigger.
to reduce to size of it - you have to reduce your body fat percentage because we cant naturally spot reduce body fat
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-500cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), weight training a few days a week but never work on the same muscle group two days in a row (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

by all means, do the crunches and sit ups, but don't expect your tummy to reduce much just based on that. the only way to get fat off of your midsection is to remove it from your WHOLE body, usually through eating better and less, and exercising more. see if a plan like the one at the link below isn't helpful.

Situps or crunches will help tighten up your abs, remember to exhale and pull your stomach in. If you inhale this may actually increase the size of your stomach.

Weight training and cardio routine will help increase your metabolism and reduce your overall fat percentage.

Also if you concentrate on exercises that increase your muscle mass in your upper torso it will make you waist appear thinner.

dont eat junk.. food 30 minutes of pure exercise a day such as jogging or bike riding etc.. is great for loosing weight.. sit ups will help tone up your belly but running, jogging, walking and bike riding will help more.. around 30 minutes 4 times a week

you cant specifically lose the fat off your stomach but you can reduce your total body fat and you will lose cm's from your waist.
but best thing to do is to tone the muscles so do crunches, leg lifts, side crunches.
pilates is great, you can even find some pilates that targets the abs that incorporates lots of crunches and stuff.

When mother Nature has provided us with such a simple and easy treatment to cure diseases and even to avoid them we all must follow the instructions given by her. These Therapies only help Nature to cure us. Let us not ignore Nature in our mad pursuit of science. THIS NATURE'S 'DO IT YOURSELF' ACUPRESSURE THERAPY ITSLEF IS A SCIENCE AND NOT A MATTER OF BELIEF. Try this Therapy sincerely and regularly for at least 15 days and observe its wonderful and amazing result.

Obesity : This is due to :

1. Malfunctioing of Thyroid/Parathyroid gland and late on other endocrine
glands e.g. malfunctioning of Pineal gland leads to retention of water and
excess water in the body and leads to excess fat.

2. Underworking of Sex glands mainly in ladies after delivery of a child.

3. Overeating i.e. taking more calories than required by the body.


C U R E :

Take minimum 3 liters water in a day.

Take Acupessure treatment on all endocrine glands twice daily.

2. During pregnancy and after delivery, take treatment on all the endrocrine
glands. After delivery, increae heat in the body, take the acupressure
treatment.

3. Drink charged gold/silver/copper water daily two glasses reduced from 4
glasses.

4. Drink hot to lukewarm water only during the day and always after meals.

In the case of females,damage to endocrine glands of Thyroid/Parathyroid is very common. Moreover, their Sex glands are damaged during pregnancy or delivery because of worry. And so when these two endocrine glands do not function properly, these women start putting on weight more around the waist. Because of damage to these two endocrine glands, sometimes even Pineal gland is damaged and so there is more retention of water in the body, which is also one of the reasons for excess weight.

When such patients come, their obese figure obviously shows their problem which can be confirmed by pressing on point nos. 8, 11 to 15 and no. 3. At this time of checking, it is advisable to check other endocrine glands too, so you can locate any further damage, if any. for cure, first it is necessary to treat these two endocrine glands for 15/20 days and only then start dieting and treatment on not only these two endocrine glands but also on the other endocrine glands. I have treated many cases,where the weight loss was from 2/3 kgs to 10 kgs per month.
