Almost 2k calories just from protein shakes? That plus food is plenty enough to grow. Dude doesnt know how to read. You need to explain your workout more in depth. Are you doing arms everyday? If you are then you are way overtraining. The arms are relatively small muscles, specially the bicep. Arms should only be directly trained about once a week. Remember that your triceps make up 3/4 of your arms. If you want big arms, target your triceps first. Try to do at least 3 each exercises for triceps and biceps. Focus on form and not on weight.

The dog always needs to be supervised when indoors. Every time the dog goes to the toilet in the house, and he is not caught and corrected, the behaviour is reinforced and he will think it is acceptable behaviour.
Learn here https://tr.im/dupnI
• Take your dog on lead to the area where you would like him to relieve himself
• Use the word “toilet” when the dog is going to the toilet so he learns to associate the word with the action
• Reward with high praise and a treat reward so this behaviour is keenly repeated by the dog
• If the dog tries to jump and play with you ignore this behaviour until the dog focuses on sniffing the ground and starting to cue for the signs of relieving himself
• Remember to be patient – as this may take time
• If consistent, in weeks to a couple of months you should be able to do without the lead and your dog should be able to relieve himself on cue when hearing the command “toilet”
As prevention is better than cure; get in the habit of closing doors and not allowing your dog free access to areas that are unsupervised. NB: Baby dividers between rooms and hallways can be very effective to keep dog out. It is interesting to note that carpeted rooms are attractive to puppies as they hold the scent particularly well.
Make sure your cleaning the urine up completely! There are a number of excellent cleaning products that you can now purchase from pet stores that eliminate the smell of urine or feces. If the pup can smell any urine or feces, remembering it has a much stronger sense of smell than us; it will encourage him to go again on the same spot.
If you are to catch your dog in the act simply give the “a-ah” command. Pick the dog up and place outdoors or on paper so that he can finish his deed there. Remember that if you do not catch the dog within 3 seconds of an undesirable act he will have no comprehension of what you are correcting him for. This may worsen his toileting habits as the dog will learn to be deceptive as he will now want to hide away.

ok - the top arm has 5 muscle mass in 2 communities: the biceps (front of the top arm) has 2 muscle mass, and the triceps (back of the top arm) has 3 muscle mass. To paintings the biceps do curls. yet to have fairly shrink up palms you need to paintings the triceps. attempt those workouts: dips, diamond push-ups (push-united statestogether with your thumbs and index finger touching, making a diamond shape), and kick-backs. Do those and your palms will look great. palms are a small group, so as that they respond extraordinarily rapidly.

you may not have potential to grow muscle.. or you muscle fibers may be mainly slow twitch which dont promote as much muscle development.. also eating more food helps.. and i assume that you are increasing the weight every weeks?

you aren't consuming enough calories to promote muscle growth. the arms are the easiest body parts to grow especially for those new to resistance training.

well bud what are you doing for a work out.. there are many factors to working out first off lifting light weights with many reps will make you strong and tone your muscles up but not make them grow much .. heavy weights and lower reps will make your muscles grow..
you should warm up for abut 2 min, run in place or some jumping jacks or something like that, do a warm up set with light weight.. and than use a weight that you can only do 10-12 reps.. and do about 5 or five sets of that and move on the a different exercise for that muscle gruip, when you are done your muscles should have what they call a pump, they fill up with blood and are a lot bigger this is good unfortunately after a few hours the blood goes a way and they go back to normal . you should only work the same muscle every other day, and take 2 full days off a week from working out. you want to have a whey protine shake or eat something high in protine no later than 30 min after your finish your work out, that is verry important .. you also want to eat a lot of carbs.. and make sure you are getting enought calories to gain weight.. when working out it will turn into muscle not fat.. unless you are over eating... count your calories. dont smoke a hour or more before or after working out.. smoking really kills muscle growth ..
all of this is verry important.. things that can keep you from gaining muscle.. doing the same exercise over and over.. you must do what they call shocking the muscle.. its gets used to the same movement from the same exercise over and over again.. so every couple of weeks change the main exercise you are using for that muscle... different ways to do curls and such will get the muscles growing again..
age also can play a role in muscle growth.. if you are under 16 you shoul not be working out to hard, its not healthy and if you are older its harder to gain muscle.. genetics have a major role also. some people have one hell of a time gaining any muscle and other people just build muscle with ease..
make sure your not working the same muscle too often your arms and every other muscle except your abbs need one full day of rest to heal after a work out.. your actually splitting muscle sells in half when working out and that is what makes them grow.. my work out plan is monday and wensday arms and legs . tuesday and wensday chest and back , that nitro tech is a great protine shake.. kind of expensive but all you really need is one a day after your work out. and maybee one before you got to bed(optional in my opinion) but it set of my muscle groth big time when i first started to use it.. i would NOT recomend creotine or any other work out supliment besides a good whey protime shake.. most of that other stuff is not good for you. and when you stop loosing it you loose the muscle you gained..
not 100 precent sure about this but i have heard doing squats with heavey weight makes your body produce more testostrone witch will make your ams and chest grow faster, when you decide its time to use more weight only add a few pounds at a time... and use 2 or 3 different exercises for each muscle , never work that muscle more than one time a day and dont over do it.. only rest 30 seconds too 2 min maximum between sets and do at least 4 sets of each exercise..
and if need bee go out and get a good body building book but make sure its not just for body builders you want it to be for the average guy also.. unless your trying to win some competitions..
keep eating fruit and vegetabels pasta and steak, drink at least half a gallon of watter a day.. have a spoon or 2 of peanut butter before your work out. or a hand full of nuts never work out on a full stomach it confuses your body for some reason. and your work out wont do you that much good and have a whey protine shake no longer than half a hour after your work out.. or a power bar is good too... also eat lots of small meals a day instead of a few big ones.. some of those guys eat every 2 hours..
follow every thing i have said here
