I believe that the number on the scale does not matter.

I am also in the process of loosing weight, and I have very small bones, so all them charts you see about "ideal" weight is baloney for me.

If you look at yourself in the mirror, you will know if you still have some weight to loose. I like to see my "blubber" melt, LOL

There is a link for a Height and Weight Chart
http://www.healthchecksystems.com/heightweightchart.htm

I have a small frame, I am 5'5" and when I wear a size 7 I weight 125lbs

I hope that helps

Good luck.

it is really not a question of how tall you are . it's more related to weight and bone structure. generally a size is about 10 - 15 lbs. so whatever size you are now ... if you are size 9 , you would be size 7 if you weighed 10 - 15 lbs less than you do now.

it also depends on your body shape / bone structure. some women are narrower or fuller in hips . some women have smaller shoulders . other women have fuller busts and need larger size in the top/ jacket. this is the reason "seperates " where invented in off the rack clothing. it allows women to get a better fit .

also keep in mind that size 7 varies greatly. If you buy inexpensive clothes you may need size 9 because they do not cut them as full to lower cost. More espensive designer clothes are usually cut more generously so you wear one size smaller.

it is really about how you look and feel and getting your clothes fitted properly to look your best. do not pay attention to the label or what the number is / buy what fits best / have alterations if need be.

no one sees your labels / numbers on your clothes . if they bother you , cut them out ..lol. more important to look good and feel good than to get hung up on a number. the clothes size is the least important matter . Take care !

It really depends on many factors...How much muscle you have (because muscle weighs more than fat) bone structure, body type etc.

For instance, those with an hourglass shape often weigh much more on the scale than how they actually look.

My advice is to not pay attention to the scale, but how your clothes fit- However, 130-140 lbs is a reasonable range for your goal in most instances.

I think perhaps about 130-135 would be about right.
