Here are some symptoms and physical changes of a pregnant kitty:
Nipples will begin to enlarge and become more soft and pink (this is the #1 sign)
Weight gain, especially around the mid-section
Increase in appetite, this usually occurs close to birth
Some cats may become more affectionate than usual
Cats may also exhibit morning sickness
Nesting activity begins
A cats pregnancy lasts for approximately 9 weeks.
You should take your cat to the vet for a prenatal check up...that is if she is showing the symptoms and physical changes.

No there is no risk to the mom's life due to her brother being the father. Everything you need to know you can learn from your vet. As well, you could still get her spayed and then you wouldn't have to worry about a pregnant cat or kitten, but this is up to you. I'd get her to the vet for a check up and ask while you're there about taking care of her while she's pregnant and raising the kittens.

Cats are pregnant for 56 to 70days the average being 65. Just wait it out, she could be fat from overeating or she hasn't lost her baby wieight from the last litter..if you are really concerned go to a vet and have her spayed.

Cat are pregnant for 63-65 days. Why did you not get her spayed after her first litter. Take her to the vet to see if she is pregnant or not and to set up an appt. to get her spayed.

The gestation period of felines is around 60 or so days (so around 2 months or a little over).
I hope you plan on spaying her after the kittens are weaned. I knew of one girl who was lazy and never spayed her cat and had a bunch of strays on her farm, but the dumb b* had enough money to buy the newest "tech" gadgets, but said she couldn't afford to spay the cats.

She very well could be pregnant. They carry around 63 days (9 weeks). If you can see her nipples see if they are getting large, if so good chance she is pregnant. It is hard on a cat having kittens back to back, please do her the biggest favor of her life and get her spayed.

since she wants more attention and is fatter then my guess is yes. i don't think they're pregnant very long. probably 2 months. check her nipples to see if they look bigger. if so then she definitly is.
