The one you quoted is actually from Shantideva. (The Dalai Lama likes it, of course, and quotes it often.)
I like the Jesus Prayer ("Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me") but am very interested in other religions too.

I like Copernicus' prayer - you know the **SCIENTIST** who studied the solar system?
"I do not seek a kindness equal to that given to Paul. Nor do I ask the grace granted to Peter. But that forgiveness which Thou didst grant to the robber — that, I earnestly crave!”

Dear Lord Jesus,
I know that I am a sinner and need your forgiveness. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and rose from the grave to give me life. I know You are the only way to God so now I want to quit disobeying You and start living for You. Please forgive me, change my life and show me how to know You. In Jesus' name. Amen.

My Favorite is:
I don't care if my futur looks black
I won't pray for the hidden tomorrow
So God, keep my heart pure,
and gard my life
for TODAY.

"Help these ignoramuses you call followers to pull their finger out their self centered azz'z & make the changes needed for Earth to be the same as Heaven to Glorify your name & show their obedience to your will... start with shutting their computers down.'
Amen.

Ask, and it shall be given you;
seek, and you shall find;
knock, and it shall be opened to you.
For whoever asks, receives;
and he who seeks, finds;
and to him who knocks, the door is opened.

My favorite is the one I've posted here many times:
"To whom it may concern, please break the laws of physics or otherwise interfere with free will for the benefit of X"
