Just As the time in space move slowly than that of the time here in on earth because of the gravity of the earth,proven by the theiry of relativity just as God move slowly because god was in heavens space

Because "GOD" is people picking out individual events from all the random events that happen , trying to prove that "GOD" exists . Thats a slow process when there are so few events that a true "GOD" would initiate if he were in fact good , powerful ans REAL !

If God reacts as per your need, He is not God. He has his own decisions. That decisions are for your well being. So we may feel,He moves slowly, for Him His aim is Your well being. So wait on the LORD and trust in Jesus.

He doesn't.... it's his followers, they have dominion over the Earth to be able to help those in need but instead they come on this site deliberating their 'holier than thou status'... don't blame God for sh it, blame his lazy azz followers.. now go help some one.

He never does things slow or fast...
Are you talking about sleeping / hand created god?
